Tinubu is set to break ground on the multi-billion dollar Naira Abuja Garden City

As part of the efforts and vision to leverage Tinubu’s ‘Renewed Hope’ Agenda, a real estate company of global repute, First Rotech Group of Companies Ltd, has announced that President Bola Tinubu will be pioneering the multi-billion dollar company, Naira Abuja Garden City Airport .

The disclosure was made by the Chairman of First Rotech Group, High Chief Austin Oguejiofor, after a tour of the site in Gousa, along the popular Airport Road in Abuja with the Assistant Inspector General of Police, AIG, in charge of Zone 7. Abuja, AIG Adebowale Williams and other partners.

Oguejiofor explained that the partnership comes on the heels of the development of a new layout for Abuja Airport Garden City, which will open a new perspective in the housing and tourism sector, with the aim of attracting major companies and alleviating the housing challenges to decrease.

According to him, the Abuja Airport Garden City will be located on a 250 hectare site between the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport and Abuja Railway Station.

He further stated that the city’s state-of-the-art facilities would accommodate more than 3,000 residents and businesses.

He also commended the Federal Government for accepting the vision of the project, approving and allocating the mega land for the project to take off in the nation’s capital.

He added that the Tinubu-led government is visionary and wants Nigerians to get a new lease of life based on the various policies that are people-oriented and deliver results, with ease of doing business also commendable, and there will be more to come that would do that. transforming the economy and the lives of Nigerians.

Meanwhile, he said, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Nyesom Wike, will also visit the site, adding that he has seriously supported the project as it would boost the business environment of the FCT.

First Rotech Group has also partnered with Dubai-based construction giant GTX Construction Ltd for standardized construction and T-one Technology Limited for digitization of the project for easy map search, ensuring investors of quality work and timely delivery.

The Chairman, First Rotech Group, also had in his orbit a wife and Managing Director of the company, Mrs. Chika Oguejiofor; Managing Director, GTX Construction Ltd, Mr Mohamad Harb; Director of Engineering, GTX Construction, Mr. John El Chami; Chairman/CTO T-One Technology Limited, Mr. Afam Mbanefo; the Assistant Inspector General of Police, AIG, in charge of Zone 7, Abuja, AIG Adebowale Williams, as well as top officials of First Rotech Group, including Alhaji Suleiman Shuaibu Galadima; Chief Operating Officer First Rotech Group, Mr. Uche Okeke; Mr. Okey Mogambo and a Nollywood veteran Amb Dr. Jerry Amilo, Group’s PRO and brand ambassador.

He said: “We are working with the Federal Government on this project because the land comes from the Federal Government and this is the Federal Capital Territory. That is why we work together with the government. They are the ones who should approve it, and they did.

“I, therefore, take this opportunity to thank President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for creating an enabling environment in line with his renewed hope agenda for mass housing in Nigeria, starting from Abuja, the nation’s capital.

“Very soon, we will invite the Minister of FCT, His Excellency, Barr Nyesom Wike and Mr. President and other dignitaries to come here and do the groundbreaking.

“As you can see, we are preparing for the start of the project. In this project we are looking for approximately 2,000 to 3,000 residents in the garden city. All necessary amenities and facilities will be available.

“Countries, dual carriageways, street lighting, sewerage, water system, sustainable electricity, green energy I mean, shops and shopping centres, recreational areas, hospitals, schools and universities. There is a church and a mosque for religious worship. I can say that it is a complete package and that we are ready for it.”

In the same vein, the Managing Director of the company, Mrs. Chika Oguejiofor, in a comment, opined that there will be attractive benefits for investors in the form of discounts and location selection, noting that the luxury buildings cater to different classes of Nigerians.

She said: “We would have benefits for investors such as discounts and flexible selection of choice areas depending on the investment agreement we would have with the investors. And First Rotech Group, we are the developer of this massive project, and Abuja Airport Garden City is bringing luxurious living to the doorsteps of Abuja residents, Nigerians in the diaspora and Nigerians at large. The building, which varies in different sizes, is intended to accommodate Nigerians of different status and means.

Meanwhile, the Assistant Inspector General of Police, AIG Adebowale Williams, spoke at length about the security of the venue, with investors assured of their safety.

“When you talk about development projects, it is necessary to check the security arrangements of where the development is going to take place. And that’s all the more reason I came here.

“The CP FCT also visited here. And I decided to come and see for myself. And from what I have seen at the location of this Abuja Airport Garden City, it is conducive and security is okay.

“Contrary to popular belief, Abuja is not as bad as people used to say, and as you can see for yourself, the area is peaceful, apart from petty crimes that you cannot completely rule out, but the issue of kidnapping, armed robbery have been drastically reduced.

“Investments and development go hand in hand with safety. If the area is not secured, investors will not come and I assume the location is safe for investors to come and do their business,” Williams added.
